Log into your Derimod account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection via our logistics partner.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
